The Cleaning Process.
- Pre-clean inspection - we examine each rug to find any signs of damage from fading, moths, colour run, stains, tears and odours etc.
- Dry soil removal ( dusting ) - each rug is thoroughly dusted and vacumed to remove soil and grit which can damage the pile over time.
- Pre-treatment - spots and stains are dealt with using advanced spotting techniques and solutions.
- Pre-conditioning - we apply a safe cleaning solution which is gently agitated into the fibres to break down any remaining soils.
- Rinsing - the rug is then flushed out to remove all the residues and soiling.
- Grooming - the pile is groomed to provide a uniform appearance and aid drying.
- Final inspection - we give the rug a final inspection and if needed will re-clean until we are satisfied that your rug is as clean as possible.
